Job Summary

Required Qualifications

BS MS or Ph.D. in Geospatial major or related field.
10 years of professional GIS experience (leadership and enterprise GIS experience preferred).
Demonstrable experience in project management client engagement and technical leadership.
Advanced proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Global Mapper and related tools.
Experience managing budgets teams and complex projects.
Strong communication public speaking and leadership skills.
Ability to innovate and drive technical excellence.

ESRI ArcGIS Desktop/Enterprise Professional
ESRI Enterprise Administration or Solution Architect
AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications (for cloud GIS leadership)

Position Summary

The Senior GIS/Geospatial Analyst leads teams oversees enterprise GIS architecture and drives full project delivery initiatives. This role is responsible for strategic leadership technical excellence and innovation in geospatial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of geospatial professionals to deliver high-value geospatial services.
Manage staff assignments and resource allocation.
Drive collaboration strategy and growth for the geospatial solutions team.
Engage with clients win work and deliver successful technical and commercial project outcomes.
Manage budgets forecasting and utilization targets.
Oversee project execution technical excellence and innovation in digital geospatial solutions.
Set group KPIs monitor performance and conduct staff reviews.
Provide geospatial consulting guidance develop SOW/specifications and manage integrated desktop/field studies.
Prepare and evaluate proposals manage geospatial data management and serving and support company-wide operations.
