Job Summary

Stipend Opportunity: Stage Crew Manager (Middle & High School)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Stage Crew Manager to support our middle and high school performing arts programs. This stipend position will run through the remainder of the school year and provides an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in student leadership performing arts and technical theater operations.

Responsibilities: Supervise and guide a small group of high school students in the stage crew. Coordinate the setup and breakdown of school concerts and shows. Ensure safe and efficient use of stage equipment and materials. Collaborate with music theater and event staff to meet technical and logistical needs. Foster student leadership and teamwork in backstage operations. Attend and assist with evening performances as required.

Time Commitment: After school and evenings as needed for scheduled events and rehearsals.

Stipend: $850 for the remainder of the school year.

Qualifications: Experience with or strong interest in stage crew operations event production or theater tech. Ability to work effectively with students in grades 912. Strong organizational and communication skills. Commitment to safety professionalism and teamwork.

CORI and Fingerprint background check required.
