The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Delivery Manager in our Fraude Tribe.

You will be working in the Team FS/DS/Fraud Management/Operations & Monitoring.

The major focus of the team is providing Fraud services for and with our internal customers in the financial processing sector in all countries by running the environment as well as the application/software. Our team not only offers you a wide variety of work and innovative technologies but also the space to develop yourself in an environment where there is a good balance between experienced and less experienced colleagues. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues from Infrastructural teams as well as the Platform Crew (is in the same team) The main focus will be on projects customer onboarding as wel as platfom migration (from legacy to (internal) Cloud))

We are a team where each member has their own primary responsibility but with the support and help of colleagues.

As team we take care of management and maintenance of several Fraud applications for the (mainly) European market. To secure knowledge of a specific part of the business and their typical application issues we have clustered the applications in the chain and each cluster is responsible for applications that are closely related to each other.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain platform consistency define standards & consistent approach for new projects
  • Coordinate some of the platform & technical evolution projects as per internal strategy regulation security standard and business continuity requirements
  • Ensure SLA to our customers define & set-up SLA collection tooling
  • Support E2E incident & problem resolutions
  • Participate to change management process improvements evolutions and automation. Manage some of the related projects.
  • Coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver value efficiently
  • Monitoring service performance and implementing improvements
  • Facilitating communication and troubleshooting between teams and clients

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

  • Over 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager technical orientated
  • Technical educational background is a must (Cloud Linux Oracle connectivity network..) including experience with application run and build.
  • Service delivery management and project coordination experience is a must
  • Strong communication presentation and facilitation abilities
  • ITIL framework experience
  • SLA and KPI management reporting and continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English is a must
