Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Warehouse/Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will be organized have an eye for attention to detail a strong work ethic and must have a minimum of 1 year forklift experience.

Warehouse/Inventory Specialist Reports to:

Société Director

Responsibilities Specific to Warehouse/Inventory Specialist:

Possess and live Europa Village core values.
To understand and respond to all guest needs and request in a timely and professional manner.
To follow all specifications to properly accomplish the essential purposes of the position.
To ensure that the quantity quality condition and type of all goods received matches the purchase order invoice and/or freight bill and meets the resorts standards.
To procure as approved all food beverage and non-food items requisitioned by the resort insuring optimal value for cost.
To act to resolve shipping and receiving and overall purchasing issues in the absence of the Lead Purchasing Agent.
To rotate stock and inventory in storerooms and all storage locations as directed to endure freshness.
To satisfactorily perform routine support task as directed including maintaining and stocking liquor beer wine food paper & plastic chemicals and overall operating supplies in storerooms and picking up/dropping off goods from off-property.
To deliver all necessary goods and supplies to appropriate departments in a safe and efficient manner.
To assist in the financial administration of the storerooms providing all required assistance and reports to the Accounting Department.
To maintain constant awareness of current market conditions and develop a network of vendors for company use in order to be able to advise any resort Director of optimal conditions for purchase.

Create and foster an environment of teamwork by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.
Be able to communicate Europa Villages story.
Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and with appropriate pants and shoes.
Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.
Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
Be hospitable welcoming and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
