We are currently looking for a full-time enthusiastic and committed Assessment Specialist. The Assessment Specialist will: - Conduct initial intake interviews to determine the level of care needed and initiate the treatment process at CHC Addiction Services
- Assign patient to a counselor
- Schedule initial appointments
- Be required to document all services in a timely manner per agency policy.
Minimum Requirements:Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology or related field. LPC LPCC LSW LISW LCDC III or LICDC required. Independent licensure preferred. Why you would love it here: - Medical dental and vision benefits for employees working 30 hours weekly!
