Senior Surveyor - Property Management

JLL are seeking a Senior Surveyor for our Property Management team. We are the largest and longest established Commercial Property Management business operating in the Irish commercial property market.

What this job involves:
Lead strategic asset management initiatives to maximize value across our managed portfolio Develop and execute comprehensive annual property strategy plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders

Build and maintain senior-level relationships with Clients their tenants occupiers and key advisors

Provide strategic oversight and guidance on Property Management functions across the portfolio

Lead complex rent reviews lease renewals and void lettings to optimize income streams

Partner with senior management and the Property Management Accounts team to deliver sophisticated financial management services

Prepare and present detailed Client reporting and strategic recommendations for portfolios under your management

Mentor and guide junior team members in best practice property management Join the No. 1 Market Leader in commercial property in Ireland

Lead strategic management initiatives

Required competencies:

Professional Property Qualification (RICS/SCSI) essential and clean drivers licence

A senior professional with proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking

Demonstrated ability to identify implement and execute value-add strategies across complex portfolios

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships

Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced verbal and numerical skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Proven ability to work autonomously while providing strategic direction to others

Experience with complex commercial property transactions and negotiations
