In our ongoing pursuit of ensuring quality and excellence standards of the highest degree Maven is searching for a Senior Stack Developer to join our product development team.
Position Summary
As the Senior Full Stack Developer you will design develop and maintain Mavens mission critical systems. This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the entire stack. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the technical direction oflarge portionsof Mavens backend/frontend systems including system design / architectureimplementation and technical debt management.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to designdevelop document and deployrobustenterprise gradeproductsand software.
- Interface with stakeholders outside of R&D to alignbusiness goalswithtechnical initiatives.
- Spread your knowledge by mentoringfellowengineersassistingin design and code reviews and advocating for best practices.
- Take ownership and participate in all steps of the development process from design to release and includes occasionalon-callresponsibilities.
Required:
- BS/MS/PhDin Computer Scienceor related fieldwith at least8years of relevant experience.
- Strong coding skillsin systems/applicationprogramminglanguages.
- Strong systemdesign skills and experience with microservice architectures.
- Experienceleading teams throughdifficult technical decisions and architectural changes.
- Experience witha variety of database technologies includingSQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and collaborationskills.
- Resourceful team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong logic and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work at a brisk pace
- Ability to work as a member of a diverse team
- Strong organization skills
- Familiarity withlogistics transportation managementtelematics and/or geospatial technology.
- Bilingual (English Spanish or French) is a plus.
