Job Summary
Join a fast-paced high-impact part of the mortgage experience at Waukesha State Bank! As a Disclosure Desk Associate youll help ensure that every refinance and home purchase customer receives accurate timely and compliant disclosures-while enjoying a friendly professional experience from start to finish. Youll track new and existing applications prepare and deliver Loan Estimates and re-disclosures verify HMDA data and help keep our mortgage pipeline moving smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of detail-oriented work problem-solving and meaningful customer impact this role puts you at the heart of our compliance and service excellence.
Were looking for someone who brings 12 years of retail or secondary market mortgage processing experience strong TRID knowledge (or the motivation to master it) and a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency.
