Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Active NMLS license
- An established and active book of business
- Proven ability to self-source mortgage loan production
- Minimum of 3-5 funded loans closed within the past 6 months
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and market leadership
