Our teams move fast operate globally and launch ambitious initiatives - and we need a legal partner who can keep that momentum without compromising clarity or this role youll help shape how the business operates guide teams through complex legal landscapes and ensure that our biggest ideas are executed smoothly and confidently.

What youll do

• Work Closely With the General Counsel: You will work closely with the General Counsel across all major legal and strategic matters.
• Fuel Business Growth: Partner closely with Product Marketing Operations and Leadership to shape key business decisions. You wont just react to plans; youll help design them ensuring our biggest initiatives move forward with clarity and confidence.
• Lead the Core Pillars: Take charge of critical areas - Commercial Corporate Privacy IP M&A and Employment. You are the engine that keeps these domains moving at the speed of the business.
• Drive Global Execution: We operate everywhere. Youll manage external experts across multiple countries and ensure we receive clear high-quality guidance that supports fast confident decision-making.
• Connect Law With Business: Bridge legal requirements with business needs ensuring teams understand the implications and can execute intelligently and efficiently.

Who you are

• Solution-First: You are pragmatic and thoughtful. You know how to distinguish between whats critical and whats noise - and you focus teams on the smartest path forward.
• Proven Experience: You have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with a strong track record from a top-tier law firm and/or a high-growth tech environment - and youre hungry for more ownership and less hierarchy. You bring expertise in at least two of the following areas: commercial transactions corporate law and privacy & data protection.
• Sharp & Insightful: You bring exceptional intellectual ability quickly understanding complex situations risks and business context. You break down complexity into clear practical guidance teams can act on.
• Crystal Clear Communicator: You communicate clearly and work smoothly with people across the company helping teams stay aligned.
• Owner Mindset: You dont wait for instructions. When you see a problem you step up to solve it.
