We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Student to join our in-house Legal department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global technology-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing assistance to our legal counsels in all phases of their work.
- Assist in legal research on a variety of topics including corporate commercial employment and regulatory matters
- Provide support on day-to-day matters including reviewing drafting and summarizing commercial agreements letters and other documents.
- Assist in corporate matters and public filings.
- Help track and manage legal documents templates and databases
- Support compliance processes and internal legal workflows
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. procurement HR R&D) on legal-related matters

- A second or third year LL.B student from leading universities and colleges
- Availability for part-time work (at least 2-3 full days per week)
- Organized thorough meticulous and detail-oriented
- Has excellent research and writing skills and excellent English
