Shanghai ChinaJob Description:
To support APAC Sourcings growing workload in managing global landscaping requests tracking triaging feedback and organizing documentation we propose creating two PhD-level internship roles in Shanghai and Beijing. These roles will enhance operational efficiency allowing S&E team to focus on strategic priorities and high-impact work; improve data accuracy; and provide a cost-effective resource model while fostering future talent and strengthening J&Js presence in the academic community in China.
Key responsibilities would include:
Manage global landscaping requests and outcomes initiated by TA leads and the global sourcing team
Document triaging feedback on new opportunities provided by respective TA leads to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups
Organize external company presentation decks and other relevant documentation
Proposed qualifications:
PhD student in life sciences
English proficiency at CET-6 level or above
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Availability of at least one full day or two half days per week
