Responsibilities

Assist test engineers in performing functional performance and reliability testing of products
Set up and maintain test environments including instrument connections and test execution
Execute test plans and test cases; collect organize and analyze test data
Support issue identification debugging and root-cause analysis
Document test results and prepare test reports
Collaborate with R&D hardware and system engineers to support testing activities

Minimum Qualifications

Masters student in Electrical Engineering Communications Engineering Automation Physics Computer Science or related fields
Solid foundation in electronics and/or communication principles
Basic understanding of test methodologies and engineering workflows
Familiarity with common lab instruments is a plus (oscilloscope signal generator spectrum analyzer BERT etc.)
Programming or data analysis experience is a plus (Python MATLAB Excel etc.)
Detail-oriented self-motivated and eager to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on laboratory or project experience
Exposure to high-speed interfaces optical modules SerDes PAM4/QAM signals etc.
Experience with test automation or scripting
