Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Appliances Advisor to assist customers in selecting home and kitchen appliances that best suit their needs. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge excellent sales skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers to understand their appliance needs and preferences
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and product features
Demonstrate a strong understanding of home and kitchen appliances including refrigerators washers dryers ovens microwaves and more
Stay up-to-date with product specifications energy ratings and technology trends
Provide accurate pricing promotions financing and warranty information
Assist in merchandising and product display to ensure a visually appealing sales floor
Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams to ensure timely product availability
Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and product knowledge
Help meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales preferably in the appliances or electronics industry
Excellent interpersonal listening and communication skills
Strong understanding of major home appliance brands and features
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team-oriented approach
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in product knowledge or technical support are a plus
Basic computer skills for POS and inventory systems
