Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the financial liaison between NSCs and the central midoffice optimizing rebate settlement revenue recognition and monthend closing.
- Perform detailed marketlevel business analysis to support decisionmaking and prepare management reports.
- Enhance financial compliance and internal controls and support audit activities.
- Improve system interfaces (ERP/CRM) and automate accounting processes.
- Support NSC launches and crossregional projects as a subjectmatter expert.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA/ACCA a plus.
- 5 years in financial operations/commercial controlling preferably in automotive or multicountry networks.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition rebate schemes and intercompany accounting.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle); BI tool familiarity is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; another European language preferred.
- Structured proactive and able to bridge centrallocal operational gaps.
