Job Summary
Are you an experienced and driven School Business Manager looking to step into a high-impact leadership role A successful secondary school in Coventry is seeking a School Business Manager to lead on operations finance HR premises and compliance.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent senior position starting January 2026. You will be responsible for strategic financial planning managing day-to-day finance processes overseeing HR and recruitment systems ensuring health and safety and safeguarding compliance managing contracts and leading the wider administrative and site teams. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support whole-school improvement.
