Our Client is seeking an English ECT to join a thriving secondary school in Colchester from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to develop their classroom practice within a nurturing and structured English department. You will teach KS3 and KS4 supported by experienced colleagues and a dedicated mentor.
