What Youll Do
As a Marketing Coordinator youll be a central part of the marketing team supporting the execution of effective campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to analyse consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
- Implement tracking systems to measure the performance of online marketing activities.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers and Specialists to monitor progress and refine strategies.
- Identify and evaluate competitor activities to guide the marketing approach.
- Prepare detailed reports using sales and marketing data.
- Collaborate with the design team to create captivating promotional materials.
- Write compelling product marketing copy to engage target audiences.
- Organize promotional events and activities for product/service launches.
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual forecasts.
Requirements & Skills
Were looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with data analytics software and research methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and web analytics tools.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Google AdWords etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
Remuneration Package
- Monthly fixed salary.
- Performance-based bonuses awarded mid-year and at year-end.
- Monday to Friday schedule 09:0017:00 with a 1-hour break.
