Job Summary

Job Description:

Shift Time - General(9:30 to 6:30)
Work mode(WFH/WFO) -WFO

1: Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
2: Source candidates for consulting and Techno/ functional roles including strategy transformation procurement supply chain SAP and data analytics.
3: Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean X-ray LinkedIn Recruiter talent mapping) to identify and engage passive talent.
4: Conduct initial outreach and screening ensuring clear and compelling communication to attract top candidates.
4: Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs across consulting and functional domains.
5: Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions.
6: Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in ATS platforms like Workday.
7: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders providing regular updates and managing expectations.
8: Mentor junior sourcers and contribute to sourcing process improvements1: Min Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field. MBAs preferrable/ BE. BE Tech
2: 3-5 years of experience in sourcing with a focus on consulting and Techno-functional hiring.
3: Proven success in hiring for roles in Tech/IT skills supply chain SAP and data analytics.
4: Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar platforms.
5: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6: Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
