Job Description

Job Title - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Experience - 6 - 12 Years

Location - Hyderabad Noida

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:-

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Consultant with 67 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Core HR processes system configuration and integration within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules.
Configure and maintain Payroll Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
Execute data migration validation and integration activities ensuring data integrity.
Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting and user training.
Review and apply quarterly updates to Oracle HCM Core HR modules.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
Design and generate payroll reports and analytics as per business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Core HR
Strong understanding of Core HR processing statutory compliance and reporting.
Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Core HR implementations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science HR Business or related field.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification (preferred).
