The Senior FP&A Manager is a strategic and analytical leader with strong business partnering skills. This position will play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making driving financial excellence and consolidating results across all divisions while interfacing directly with Finance Directors VPs and the Corporate team.
What will your job look like
- Own the full P&L for the company/division (actuals and projections internal and external).
- Lead the Mid-Term strategic planning process influencing long-term business decisions.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reporting.
- Consolidate financial results for all Americas divisions explaining variances and business drivers not just technical consolidation.
- Provide clear concise insights and recommendations to senior leadership including CFO and executive committees.
- Drive target setting and compliance guidelines across the region.
- Inspire and lead a large high-performing team setting vision expectations and fostering innovation.
- Champion efficiency and transformation adopting new tools systems and challenging the status quo
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree in Economics Accounting or related field.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Professional Accountant certification advantage.
- 812 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and team leads
- Strong background in budgeting forecasting and financial modeling.
- Ability to present clear concise messages to senior executives and CFOs.
- Experience in multinational environments or fast-paced settings.
- Advanced skills in SAP and Excel; exposure to automation and BI tools is a plus.
