Position Title: Order Management Representative
Reports to Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Dept / Function: Global Shared Services
Location: Guadalajara Jalisco.
Summary:
Responsible for Customer Service activities including the Order Management of the Hershey Company Customers form Puerto Rico always assuring a successful distribution process and immediate solving of incidents occurring from the order entry until its delivery.

To demonstrate solid understanding of Supply Chain process support systems specially Order to Cash flow.

To demonstrate good business management among internal and external customers.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
To demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office special focus on Excel.
Strong leadership and ownership skills.
Effective team work skills.
Results oriented.
Complex problems solving skills.
Service attitude.
English 80% (able to stablish business conversations).
SAP knowledge (ERP). Desirable.
Work under pressure.
Education:
Bachelor. Economic Administrative oriented profile.
Experience:
1 year on customer POs management or in Logistics delivering POs to customers and Retailers.
