Duties
Customer Service Representation
Work front-line customer service duties to learn how to meet regular customer demands and communicate effectively with customers in real time. Develop effective cross-sale/customer service skills by thoroughly learning bank product offerings to make customers aware of their options. Learn how to open new accounts of various types including consumer and business. Become familiar with different deposit products and related account services Demonstrate proficiency with Fiserv Premier
Lending/Credit Analysis
Learn underwriting processes for all loan types (i.e. consumer mortgage agricultural commercial and real estate). Learn and assist the credit department with tax return spreads writing Loan Request Summaries Credit Action Forms and other tasks required by the credit department. Shadow a Loan Officer mentor through day-to-day activities including customer meetings and other internal and external business communications. Assist lending and credit personnel as directed
Loan Operations
Learn how to support Loan Administration through the development of loan documentation collections and other loan operations functions.
Compliance/Finance/Investments
Actively assist Compliance Officer with Bank Secrecy Act and other compliance duties as needed
