Job Summary
Job Title: Spanish Instructor
Location: Russellville AR 72802
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Part-time 5 hours per week
Position Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support team members in developing foreign language skills that enhance both their personal and professional growth. The instructor will help learners improve communication abilities while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This program is offered as a free benefit to employees and we are looking for an instructor who can effectively connect with diverse learners and deliver engaging language lessons.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Spanish (or other foreign language) courses to adult learners.
Develop and organize instructional materials and learning resources.
Participate in partner meetings faculty meetings and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
Support program outreach by attending recruitment events and end-of-term activities.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies for grammar reading writing speaking and listening.
Native-like fluency in Spanish (or applicable foreign language) and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for course preparation and communication.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Spanish French a related foreign language Teaching or a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience preferably in adult education.
Preferred Skills
Strong classroom management and lesson-planning abilities.
Ability to engage with and support learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Strong technology skills to effectively integrate digital tools into instruction.
