Location: Ashburn VA 20148 (Float Across Multiple Schools)
Duration: 24 Weeks
Shifts Available: MondayFriday 07:30 AM 02:45 PM
Pay Rate: $45$50/hr

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based therapy services across multiple elementary schools. The SLP will assess diagnose and treat speech language and communication disorders in K5 students ensuring interventions are aligned with each students Individualized Education Program (IEP). This role requires flexibility to travel between campuses and collaborate closely with educators staff and families to support student success academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services according to student IEPs
Conduct evaluations and prepare accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and recommend appropriate supports/accommodations
Collaborate effectively with teachers administrators and related services staff
Implement evidence-based strategies to support communication development
Manage a varied caseload across multiple elementary school settings
Maintain timely and precise documentation

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
School-based experience required (elementary preferred)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to travel between multiple school locations
