Job Summary

Membership Director

Rocket Carwash Omaha NE Full Time

Rocket Carwash is looking for a strategic data-driven leader to oversee membership growth and retention across all locations. As our Membership Director youll guide the programs teams and systems that drive new member acquisition improve onsite sales performance and increase long-term customer loyalty. This role partners closely with Operations Marketing and our Support Center teams to build processes that scale and directly impact revenue.

What Youll Do

Lead company-wide membership growth strategy from attracting new customers to converting them into members.
Develop tools training and programs that improve sales performance at the sites.
Oversee retention efforts including save workflows customer communications and winback campaigns.
Manage CRM programs including automated customer journeys and loyalty initiatives.
Lead the S2 department (Support Shop & Support Center) to improve visibility reporting and customer experience.
Build dashboards and analyze data to identify trends and drive decisions.

What Were Looking For

Leadership experience in sales revenue growth membership/lifecycle programs or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear action.
Experience overseeing CRM/lifecycle marketing or customer communication programs.
Ability to work cross-functionally motivate teams and improve processes.
Comfortable in a fast-paced growing organization.
