About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Cloud & Software team in Solna. The team consists of 5 talented sales professionals covering AWS Google Cloud Data & AI solutions. This role is about coaching people setting direction and inspiring the team to reach the next level.

What You Will Do

• Lead coach and develop a team of 5 sales professionals.

• Drive growth across AWS Google and Data & AI solution areas.

• Set clear goals track performance and remove roadblocks.

• Act as a partner to vendors and internal stakeholders to strengthen go-to-market.

• Support account strategy customer meetings and QBRs when needed.

• Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in sales leadership ideally in cloud or software.

• Strong coaching skills you are a leader not just a manager.

• Commercial understanding of AWS Google Cloud and Data & AI offerings.

• Ability to work strategically while staying close to the teams day-to-day reality.

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
