We are the Proteomic Sciences division (former Olink Proteomics). Oursolutions are transforming the understanding of human diseases through advanced protein biomarker discovery. With our innovative Olink solutions including highly specific and validated assays that cover more than 5000 proteins our colleagues and technology empower scientists in groundbreaking research that will play a pivotal role in the future of personalized medicine.

PositionDescription:

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Olink NPX Map team as a part of our Software Development department at our HQ in Uppsala. Our Software Developers work in agile ways and across the stack to build innovative ground-breaking applications.

NPX Map is a data analysis platform handling pipelines that supports our Olink Reveal Olink Explore HT and Olink Explore 3072 products. Its used by our customers to generate and quality control the proteomics data that comes out of the laboratories and is an integral part of groundbreaking medical studies

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain NPX Map in a high quality manner whilst working together with fellow developers and data scientists.
  • Take architectural and technical decisions in collaboration with your teammates.
  • Contribute toprioritization and planningof work according to business value.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the teams processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven industry experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of C#/.NET as well as some kind of frontend framework (we use Avalonia UI)
  • Well-versed in modern development tools
  • Openness to work across the stack
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish is a must
  • Knowledge of biological sciences and bioinformatics is a strong plus

You should be based around the Uppsala or Stockholm region and able to attend our Uppsala HQ on a regular basis we work 3 days from the office with flexibility of 2 days from home.
