The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for the safe efficient and responsible use of technology throughout the agency. ITS provides solutions that support DODD business.

36 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: installing monitoring/maintaining configuring upgrading &/or administering/operating a single technology domain including 12 months work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.

Completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems AND 18 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: installing monitoring/maintaining configuring upgrading &/or administering/operating a single technology domain including 12 months work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.

Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems AND 12 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: installing monitoring/maintaining configuring upgrading &/or administering/operating a single technology domain including 12 months work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
OR
Equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above. What will you do
At DODDS assigned Developmental Centers and/or offices answers questions from end users offers technical solutions and assistance to meet business needs of customers and presents informal mentorship opportunities to peers and/or lower-level staff via conversation observation or technical documentation
Offers assistance with producing various reports for the center
Performs client support for specific agency/enterprise systems
This includes user account support end user support and training and application support
Interfaces with other platforms from a hardware and/or software perspective (e.g. video conference equipment)
Changes telephone system (movesaddschanges) updates speed dial assists with running call reports
Support DC payroll department with Kronos time clock hardware configuration
Configure wireless devices to connect and operate on the network (e.g. laptops smart phones etc.)
