Crafted Highlights:
The Plant Sanitarian (Secondment) will be responsible for the development and execution of the brewery cleaning and sanitation program as well as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) change initiatives leading to the delivery of the Brewery and National Quality Continuous Improvement Strategy. The individual is responsible for working with stakeholders in managing and improving results necessary to achieve the Quality Business Needs as well as the brewerys Quality and Food Safety Plan.
The Sanitation Quality Specialist (Sanitarian) understands the Quality and Food Safety priorities and drives improvement in technical and system aspects of the business including Quality KPIs Quality Management System Food Safety GMP and HACCP Programs Sanitation quality loss elimination consumer satisfaction quality defect management and innovation initiatives.
This person reports to the Quality Manager Toronto Brewery.
