Responsible for greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This includes answering calls and attending to emails addressing clients enquires and needs providing a warm and welcoming environment to clients. The Welcome Host will also be responsible for the management of clients appointment for the boutique.
Reception
- Answer the phone and emails in a timely manner
- Screen customers and monitor access to boutique
- Screen forward phone calls and emails to the necessary personnel
- Inform retail staff of customers arrivals or cancellation of appointments
- Ensure that the boutique area is in presentable condition
Customer Service
- To provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact to welcome customers
- Connecting customers with retail staff based on the appointments arranged
- Share product information to customers when needed
- Serves customer by greeting and complete procedures when guests arrive and leave (serving drinks beverage and welcome material) prioritize incoming visitor and phone traffic effectively and smoothly
Administrative
- Key contact person for managing client appointment for the boutique
- Update calendars and schedule meeting for retail staff
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing the document photocopying etc.
- Consolidate and order boutique stationaries and grocery order
- Record the boutique traffic data on daily basis and submit the report to relevant managers
- Arrange all staff uniform for laundry service (Twice a week)
- Manage the welcome material inventory (drink and beverages for customer) and inform the person in charge if replenishment requires
- To undertake special project/s or assignment/s that were assigned to you from time to time by the Company
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or luxury retail industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess good problem solving and exceptional prioritising skills
Well-groomed and possesses a can-do attitude
