Associate, Business Data Office, Client Data Team

Assist the Business Data Office Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling mandate of ingesting and maintaining static data for clients investors and investments at MUFG.  The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• Lead data gathering and complex data and requirement analysis;
• Experience in process analysis and improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma Design Thinking etc.)
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to recommend solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead small initiatives
• Update Operating Procedures and maintain JIRA/ServiceDesk/Confluence up to date
• Assist in standardizing and simplifying processes for creating and maintaining client and investor data.
• Participate in multiple initiatives with Technology Product and other stakeholders to digitize and automate the ingestion and maintenance of client and investor data.
• Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off.
• Ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Technical or Analytical fields
• Must have relevant experience in financial services or accounting industry.
• Experience in back office OR Business Processing practice
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word etc.)
• Experience with SQL
• Proficient with SharePoint and collaborative tools
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence)
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio Optix Figma etc.)
