Learning Partner

• Support the Head of Learning in driving the Learning strategy and organisational Learning agenda
• Key account manager for the assigned business units for all Learning activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBPs to commonly identify impactful Learning solutions and products for all LDCs business units connected with business KPIs needs and aspirations
• Be a reference point for learning topics latest research market trends tools and methodologies.
• Senior learning advisor for the business on Learning needs assessment skills & competencies analysis and active contributor in setting capability plans and Learning curriculae.
• Project Program and Product Development manager to drive supervise and deliver Learning products and Solutions actively collaborate with the Learning Solutions Manager to develop inclusive and holistic products integrating Learning Experience.
• Learning program manager for high level transversal organizational competencies (Digitalisation Sustainability Innovation Customer Centricity e.t.c.)
• Drive the measurement of Learning (R.O.I R.O.E. application of learning e.t.c.) through a set of defined metrics.
• Supervise and update the Learning calendar and curriculum for the assigned internal clients
• Supervise and update the Training budget for the assigned internal clients. Conduct budget analysis and provide regular financial updates related to learning activities.  
• Support change management activities advocate and promote LDCs learning culture.
• Actively participate in internal Learning communities and communities of practice by sharing experience and latest research.  

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or more than 8 years in an expert L&D role with a track record of successfully advising business on Learning products and services. 
• Demonstrated experience in Learning Functions: needs detection content curation and learning architecture competencies learning operations authoring tools kickstarting and managing initiatives. Other talent focused experience is a plus. 
• Depth of experience in Online Instructional Designing Learning Architecture Digital Learning Platforms and Technology Enhanced Learning is a must.  
• A focused driver with a solution orientated approach and ability to deliver business centric outcomes 
• Passionate about online solutions development to meet stakeholders needs strong communicator structured yet flexible with ability to plan and prioritize. 
• Excellent project and program management skills and orientation for developing high quality products in a timely manner. 
• Excellent Communication Skills Stakeholder Management and Internal Customer oriented: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels. Significant experience with cross functional and cross-country collaboration. 
• Strong Analytical and Data Management Skills: Ability to analyze data generate insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance learning programs. 
• Active researcher and advisor for new Online training trends methodologies tools support both our business stakeholders.  
   

Other skills (Computer Skills etc.) 

• MS Office proficient especially in SharePoint and Excel. Power automate and tools is a plus. 
• Technology Savvy 
• HRIS LMS LXP Knowledge.  Knowledge on Workday SSFF Percipio Degreed or similar is a plus. 
• Content Design instructional Design Learning Architecture knowledge. 
• Online tools management as: Author tools (Articulate Is Easy is a plus) Gamification video editors infographics (Canvas Genially Camtasia) AI for L&D: tools and content curation/reation 
• High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally 
• Facilitation training and/or consultancy experience a strong plus

• Proficient in English  
   

Additional Information :

Academics: 

• Bachelors degree in business management or HR/Education or any related field
