Maintenance Officer Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites
Join a small high-performing team in a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Were looking for a proactive Maintenance Officer to support the Building Manager and ensure the smooth and safe operation of our iconic property at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Building Manager with day-to-day building operations and general maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with our 24/7 Concierge and Security team to respond to onsite needs.
- Conduct regular pool water testing and maintain cleaning plant equipment.
- Complete general painting repairs and ongoing facility upkeep.
- Support contractors with plumbing repairs and other scheduled maintenance activities.
- Perform pre-alarm investigations and troubleshoot building or equipment issues.
- Program troubleshoot and maintain Vingcard electronic lock systems.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role (hotel or residential experience highly regarded).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing painting general repairs and building systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors colleagues and onsite teams.
- A proactive hands-on approach and a commitment to safety.
