Job Summary
FULL-TIME POSITION OPEN!
AVAILABLE PART-TIME 7 DAYS A WEEK
STARTING PAY RATES:
$18 per hour for new caregivers
$20 per hour for PSS-certified caregivers
(We will train you to obtain your PSS certification!)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Assistant to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursing home home community care or a teaching hospital setting. This position offers an opportunity to work directly in the patients home environment.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care like cooking a meal light cleaning such as vacuuming and dishwashing etc.
Monitor and record vital signs
Provide support in the patients home and assist with errands appointments shopping and light housekeeping
Assist with medical documentation and record-keeping
Collaborate with the patient family and members of our home health agency to ensure patient well-being
- Provide companionship
Skills
Experience in nursing home or home community care preferred
Familiarity with basic medical documentation
Willingness to receive on-the-job training
Opportunity to earn your PSS certification we provide training!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic phone and computer skills
