We are seeking a motivated Analytics & Compliance Specialist to join our team and support our business units in their digital marketing initiatives.
As a Digital Marketing Support team member you will help with the execution of services including assisting with intakes sharing best practices delivering service activities and managing stakeholders throughout the request lifecycle. Your role will involve working with data collection and data compliance as well as contributing to the documentation and enhancement of our service portfolio.

As our new Analytics & Compliance specialist at iO youll join an experienced team working on digital marketing technical implementations and data for a global enterprise client. Youll become the go-to person for international teams data challenges while learning from senior colleagues both within your direct team and across the broader iO organization steadily building your expertise.
With team guidance youll deepen your technical skills expand your understanding of data collection and enhance your troubleshooting abilities. This role offers growth opportunities to work on specialized expertise in enterprise-level implementations - from supporting data framework deployments to helping markets understand their digital marketing data.
Youll work in a dynamic multinational environment across multiple brands products and countries collaborating with international marketers product owners compliance officers and development teams.

Job requirements
Relevant academic background: Degree in digital media multimedia communication or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years in a digital marketing role with hands-on experience in data collection analytics implementation and stakeholder communication
Platform knowledge: Familiarity with analytics and compliance management platforms such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager Adobe Analytics or OneTrust
Basic programming knowledge is a plus but not required
Service management: Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA is beneficial but not essential.
Stakeholder management & collaboration skills: Ability to communicate effectively across different teams and stakeholders
Curiosity and learning attitude: A proactive learner who is eager to understand processes and grow professionally
Fluent in English: Strong English proficiency both written and spoken
