As a SeniorSoftware Engineer on theAVMCU Platform team you will playa vitalrole in the designdevelopment and deploymentof embedded softwarefortheAV.You willleverageyour experiencewithcomplexembedded systems todeliverhighlyimpactfulsoftwarethe foundationofworld-classAVfeatures and experiences.You will workcross functionally toextractanddeliver on the needs of your stakeholders.

Design Develop and Test Embedded C software forMulti-CoreMicrocontrollers
Developwithinanautomotiveembeddedsoftwarestack(BSP BSW Application)
Create pipelines tooling and delivery methods to ensure high-qualityand efficient deployment cycles
Work cross functionally to extract design requirements and stakeholder needs
Work with the hardware team toreview HW designs
Work with the systems team to ensure deliveryofsystems safety and security requirements
Mentor team members andfacilitatecross-team collaboration toensure overall team success
Your Skills & Abilities
BachelorDegreeinSTEMfieldorrelevant workexperience
5 years of experiencebuilding and shippingproduction quality embedded software
Strong backgroundin C/C Embedded Softwaredevelopment
Experience working with RTOS (such as QNXFreeRTOS OSEKetc)
Ability to adapt andoperateunder ambiguity going from quick code prototypes to long-term plans on brief time horizons
Excellent communication skills capable of switching between high-level and detailed discussions

Experience with robotics autonomous vehiclesautomotive embedded systems or ADAS development
Experience working with AUTOSAR
Experience working in a Safety Critical Embedded SoftwareEnvironment (ISO 26262DO-178C MIL-STD-882E)
Experience developing software that scales to millions of instances andmanagingit
Compensation:The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paidin accordance withapplicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positionslocatedoutside of New York Colorado California or Washington.
The salary range for this role is $154420 to $235900. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance job level and individual performance.

Relocation:This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Technical Center in Warren MI or Mountain View three times per week at minimum.
