• The role is a part of theCargo Performance Planning & Analysisteam within Cargo Commercial group. The team provides data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making across the entire Cargo division
• This role will support the Cargo Performance Planning & Analysis teams reporting and analytics needs building reports maintaining dashboards and helping automate workflows

What youll do

• Extract clean and analyze data using SQL Python Excel and data visualization tools to support decision-making across Cargo Division
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and performance trends
• Identify patterns and generate insights from data to answer business questions and support commercial initiatives
• Improve team efficiency by automating manual workflows and streamlining data processes using SQL Python or Excel tools
• Document queries processes and data sources to ensure consistency and enable team knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on analytics projects and data tools

• Minimum Qualifications-Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Information System Applied Statistics Data Mining Computer Science Economics Industrial Engineering Applied Mathematics or related field
  • 3 years of related experience
  • 1 year of experience with SQL/Python

  Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Masters degree inBusiness Analytics Information System Applied Statistics Data Mining Computer Science Economics Industrial Engineering Applied Mathematics or related field
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: data science and/or statistics; practical experience in data extraction cleansing analysis and visualization

  Skills Licenses & Certifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python and data visualization tools like Power Bi/Tableau
  • Strong communication skills comfortable working across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and initiative to improve workflows automate tasks and learn new tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
