Acerca del rol:
Asegurar la implementación efectiva de los estándares y sistemas de gestión de seguridad en todas las etapas del proyecto promoviendo una cultura de prevención de riesgos controlando peligros críticos y contribuyendo al logro de cero incidentes graves o fatales.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Promover una cultura de seguridad desde las etapas tempranas del proyecto.
- Verificar que todos los aspectos del proyecto cumplan con la legislación vigente estándares internacionales y políticas internas de seguridad.
- Identificar evaluar y controlar los riesgos de alto potencial como los relacionados con energía eléctrica trabajos en altura izaje etc.
- Implementar barreras efectivas para prevenir incidentes graves y fatales.
- Coordinar con los equipos de HSE (Health Safety & Environment) de las empresas contratistas.
- Brindar soporte técnico al equipo del Owner Team del Proyecto.
- Asegurar que los contratistas cumplan con los requisitos de seguridad establecidos.
- Analizar indicadores de desempeño en seguridad.
- Promover auditorías inspecciones y revisiones de lecciones aprendidas.
Sobre ti:
- Formación Académica: Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos con certificación Sernageomin Clase B.
- Idiomas: español fluido e inglés intermedio.
- Experiencia:
- Experiencia previa en roles como Specialist Safety en Proyectos.
- Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos.
- Experiencia en implementación de rutinas BOS.
- Manejo de stakeholders senior a nivel local y global.
