Salary and Benefits

Hourly Rate- $61.78 - $71.05 (10 years) $80.32 (15-20 years)
Day Shifts (Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (8 hours)
Sign-on Bonus $20000 paid over 2 years

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic.
This role will serve as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy the interdisciplinary team and other pharmacists.
Coordination and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications with management of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
Participation in multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.

Requirements:

Looking for a Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
Must have completed a residency in this area and must have recent experience within the last year in an acute hospital setting.
Must have Oncology Experience.
Prior experience working within a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program.
Willing to consider candidates without their BCOP but they must be open to obtaining it
They must have an FL Pharmacy License or it must be in process with an ETA as to when they will receive it.
Bachelors Degree (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD). ASHP residency preferred.
