Job Description
BJC/Saint Lukes Health is seeking aClinical Supervisorto oversee daily administrative and clinical operations for our Outpatient Oncology-Hematology Clinics.
Hours - Monday - Friday 8 am until 4:30 pm
Role Overview
As a Clinical Supervisor you will lead a large-scale clinical environment directly supervising 10 or more employees within a clinic supporting at least 8 physicians or a total staff of 30. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare maintaining regulatory standards and fostering a culture of high patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership:Manage daily clinical functions including resource allocation supply chain/ordering and the maintenance of specialized clinical equipment.
- Personnel Management:Lead the full employee lifecycle including hiring training professional development performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance & Quality:Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives OSHA standards and strict adherence to healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Clinical Support:Conduct regular staff meetings and provide hands-on assistance to the clinical team as needed to ensure seamless patient flow.

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation Registered Nurse - Various
