ABOUT SAINT LAURENTFounded in 1961 Yves Saint Laurent was the first fashion house to introduce the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with the creation of the Rive Gauche line in 1966 synonymous with youth and freedom. In 1999 the luxury division of the Kering Group acquired the house of Yves Saint Laurent and under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016 continues to position it at the top of the luxury universe.
Today the Saint Laurent collections include womens and mens ready-to-wear shoes bags small leather goods jewellery scarves ties and eyewear.
Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Operations Intern based in Milan to support our Retail Operations Team in the daily activities within the Italian and Greek store network.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the resource will be involved in the following activities:
- Support the Operation Manager coordinating all operational activities for the Italian and Greece Retail Network
- Draft and update all global operation manuals following HQ guidelines
- Analyze and improve back of house and store processes
- Support all the activities related the new openings seasonal reopenings and relocation
- Support the stores on their daily needs (Uniform stationery IT Material..)
PROFILE:
- Positive proactive can-do attitude;
- Collaborative and supportive attitude;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent relationship and teamworking skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong attention to details;
- Fluent in Italian and English (international background is a plus);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel Power Point).
