Position Summary
The St. Regis Budapest located in the iconic Klotild Palace by the Elisabeth Bridge is redefining luxury hospitality in the heart of the city. As a Sales Executive Proactive Leisure you will be responsible for driving leisure segment sales through proactive outreach relationship building and strategic account management.
This role focuses on generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities nurturing partnerships and delivering personalized experiences that reflect the brands legacy of bespoke service and timeless elegance. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and operational departments to ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
Proactive Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target new leisure accounts through research networking and proactive outreach.
- Execute sales strategies to grow market share within the leisure segment.
- Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with hotel revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies tour operators and individual leisure clients.
- Represent the St. Regis brand during client interactions showcasing our commitment to luxury and excellence.
- Provide tailored solutions and personalized offers to meet client needs.
Revenue Optimization & Market Insight
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and client preferences
- Contribute to achieving departmental and property-level revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Exceptional Guest Experience
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and operational teams for flawless service delivery.
- Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the brands reputation for bespoke experiences in every interaction.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce and MarketingHospitality Tourism Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure sales within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
