For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in services sales enablement training or a related role with at least 3 years in a senior program management position.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferred.
- Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with enablement platforms such as Showpad.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.
