Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our affordable housing services firm. This is a key leadership role overseeing housing programs compliance and property management activities from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage affordable housing projects including permitting application processing lottery management and applicant qualification
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local affordable housing regulations
- Supervise and mentor office staff improving workflow and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with developers municipal agencies and state housing programs
- Maintain accurate records reporting and documentation for housing programs
- Support marketing and outreach for housing lotteries and applicant communications
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in affordable housing property management real estate development or municipal government
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations compliance and program administration
