Job Summary

Industrial Painter

- Prep items for sand blasting
  - Tape off plug cover etc.
- Prep items for paint
  - Clean wipe tape etc.
- Sand blast and paint using various guns and nozzles
- Maintain clean working equipment and environment
- Safely cleaning up after each job
  - Wiping down sweeping etc.
- Utilizing appropriate safety gear
  - Respirators goggles masks gloves boots suits

General Skills

Ability to read blueprints/drawings
Use various measurement tools (micrometers calipers tape measure etc.)
Use various hand tools (manual and power)
Proficient in math (algebra geometry etc.)
Detail oriented
Safety

Qualifications

Mechanical ability
Ideally 1 year of experience or trade school (but not required)
