The purpose of this position is to provide daily support for the Employment Office and Remote locations. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Answering Telephones and Emails
- Transferring call to appropriate parties
- Customer Service
- General Administrative duties that pertain to Employment and Medical Department
- Maintain employee-owner records through our HRIS system
- Ensuring sites comply with Austins background protocol
- Responsible for entering background renewals
- Able to work overtime during transitions or outages
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education no minimum education requirements.
Experience 2 years experience in high volume customer service environment.
Certifications/Licenses: A Valid TWIC Card and Drivers License.
