Job Description:
We are looking for German English-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support an international insurance this role you will handle customer inquiries provide policy information process requests perform case follow-ups and ensure a high-quality service experience. You will communicate by phone and email while maintaining accuracy empathy and compliance with company procedures.
Compensation:
Base salary: 1100 x 14 months
Performance bonus: 100 x 12 months
Complexity bonus: 100 x 11 months
Allowances:
Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Note: From 01/01/2026 meal allowance standardizes to 7.63 per day for all employees (increase for Lisbon Braga Aveiro).
Transport allowance: 20 per month
- Note: For new hires starting from 01/01/2026 this allowance is discontinued. Existing recipients keep it.
Benefits:
Health insurance from day 1 (employee pays monthly fee; becomes free after 6 months of contract).
Position bonus for Braga (details can be added if needed).
