Job Summary

As a Software Engineer (with Kotlin) you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable e-commerce applications. You will leverage your expertise in Kotlin to deliver high-quality efficient and reliable solutions. Additionally you will share your knowledge with team members and contribute to the technical standards of the projects.

- Mid: 20 000 PLN - 24 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment
- Senior: 25 000 PLN - 30 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment
Working model: Hybrid - 3 days/week from the office

Responsibilities:
Technical Ownership
- Own the architecture scalability and performance of e-commerce applications as a senior technical expert.
- Design and develop clean maintainable and high-performance systems following best practices.
- Contribute directly to the codebase and actively participate in technical discussions proposing robust solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Design UX and Program Management to deliver roadmap objectives.
- Help identify dependencies and remove technical blockers across engineering and partner teams.
Culture & Continuous Improvement
- Promote engineering efficiency through automation reuse and modern design patterns.
- Support defining and analysing technical KPIs that contribute to continuous improvement.
- Champion code quality through code reviews technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise
- 3 years of professional software development experience with production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern backend development ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of agile lean and DevOps principles and their practical application.
Collaboration & Communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for engineers customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English enabling clarity and alignment across teams.
- Passion for technology elegant code and innovative problem-solving.
