Position Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Specialist with deep expertise in Python predictive modeling and big data processing. In this role you will lead end-to-end data analytics projects build scalable ETL pipelines and develop predictive and machine learning models to drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams mentor junior analysts and ensure the delivery of high-quality reliable analytics solutions.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational institute preferably in computer programming Data Science computer science software engineering or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics Data Engineering or Machine Learning with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data workflows using Python and Spark (PySpark).
• Analyze large complex datasets from multiple sources (SQL APIs cloud storage) to generate actionable insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns trends and opportunities.
• Build predictive statistical and machine learning models to support business decision-making.
• Implement data cleansing transformation and validation pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Use MLflow (or similar) for experiment tracking model versioning and deployment.
• Optimize data processes and Spark jobs for performance reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product engineering and business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Create dashboards reports and visualizations using Python libraries Power BI or Tableau.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics and data modeling.
• Ensure compliance with data governance security and internal quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics data science or predictive modeling roles.
• Strong Python programming skills for analytics and machine learning (Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn Matplotlib/Seaborn).
• Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark for big data processing and ETL pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in predictive modeling regression classification and time-series forecasting.
• Experience with MLflow or similar tools for model tracking versioning and deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of statistics hypothesis testing and data modeling.
• Ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical thinking and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud data platforms: AWS (S3 EMR) GCP (Dataproc BigQuery) Azure Data Services.
• Experience with real-time/streaming pipelines (Kafka Spark Streaming).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI Tableau Looker) and connecting data pipelines to dashboards.
• Experience with Git Airflow Docker or other DevOps/MLOps tools.
